Cancellation Policy

• In the event of a cancellation made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time, there will be no charge. 
• If you cancel within 24 hours of your tour departure time, you will be charged 100% of the tour price.
• We will refund your amount within 7 working days if you are eligible for a refund.

Child Policy

• The entry fee for children under 4 years old will be waived.
• Children between the ages of 4 and 12 will be charged child rates.
• A child over the age of 12 will be considered an adult and charged adult rates.
