• It is not permitted to bring food, beverages, or alcohol into Aquaventure.
• Atlantis Aquaventure is a shallow water attraction. All pools and attractions should be entered feet first to ensure your safety. No diving is allowed anywhere.
• We will arrange the pick-up from Dubai Hotel / Residence only, not from the airport.
• A surcharge will be applied for pick-ups from areas other than centrally located Dubai hotels / residences.
• Deira, Bur Dubai is the only location where sharing transfers are available.
• Depending on traffic conditions and your location, the pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing transfers may vary by 30 to 60 minutes.
• Opening Hours – 09:45 am To 05:30 pm (Everyday).
• Aquaventure Waterpark Closing Timing: Please note that Aquaventure Waterpark will be closed early at 05:00 PM on August 27th 2022 in line to the event of Aquaventure After Dark party.
• Regular operational timing of 10:00 AM until Sunset (6:30 PM) resumes next day August 28th 2022

Cancellation Policy

• Tickets or Tours cancelled after booking will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Child Policy

• The child rate will apply to children below 1.2 metres in height & younger than 7 years of age.
• Free admission will be provided to children under 3 years of age.
• In the case of children 8 years of age and above 1.2 metres in height, they will be considered as adults and will be charged adult rates.
