If you’re feeling adventurous, take a walk across the Vortex Tunnel. Even though the platform is firm and stable, you’ll feel as though you’re passing through a spinning tunnel, making it almost impossible to keep your feet in place. It also has a wide range of experiences and attractions, including the Chair Illusion, the Anti-Gravity Room, Albert Einstein’s Hollow Face, the Kaleidoscope, and the fascinating Head on a Platter illusion.

• Upon the lapse of the specific date and time indicated on the Booking Confirmation, the Confirmation shall automatically expire.
• A ticket can only be used once and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Tickets that have been lost, damaged, or stolen cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged.
• When visiting the Museum, please wear the recommended mouth and nose protection.
• A maximum of 54 visitors are allowed in the museum at one time. Groups of up to five members are allowed in.
• Please wait in the marked areas on the floor while waiting in line.
• Keep a distance of at least 2 meters from other visitors, including our supervisors and employees.
• Follow the instructions of our team at each cash register.
• At the door, disinfect your hands using the disinfectant provided. Do not touch objects or surfaces unnecessarily.
• Bags and backpacks should not be brought into the building.

Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

• In the event of a cancellation made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time, there will be no charge. 
• If you cancel within 24 hours of your tour departure time, you will be charged 100% of the tour price.
• We will refund your amount within 7 working days if you are eligible for a refund.

Child Policy

• Infants under the age of 5 will be free of charge and will be considered as infants.
• The child rate will be applied to children between the ages of 5 and 15.
• Above the age of 15, children will be considered adults and charged adult rates.
