Important Information

• We will pick you up only from your Abu Dhabi hotel or residence and not from the airport.
• From Abu Dhabi, join a specially arranged Dubai City Tour to view the breathtaking scenery of Dubai.
• It is possible that some of the locations will be closed on certain days and weekends. In such cases, we will not be responsible and no compensation will be given.
• Depending on traffic conditions and your location, the pick up / drop off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified by 30 to 60 minutes.
• Drive by the Jumeirah mosque, the Burj al Arab, the Mall of Emirates, the Dubai Mall, and the Burj Khalifa
• The English Speaking Guide is available every day
• On Sundays and Wednesdays, there is a German Speaking guide available
• The tour is available from Saturday to Thursday

• Special note:
  • No change in the timing during Ramadan. Guests can buy their lunch in Dubai Mall but it will be consumed in the vehicle only, no drinking/eating/chewing gum in public.

Cancellation Policy

• We will not charge any cancellations made 48 hours prior to the tour departure time
• If you cancel within 48 hours of your tour departure time, you will be charged 100%
• Your Amount will be returned to your Account within 7 working days if you are eligible for a refund.

Child Policy

Under 12-year-olds will be considered children and charged a child rate

Children aged 12 and older are considered adults and will be charged adult rates
