  • Our operations team will work with you if the site is remote from SIC pick-up points.
  • Backache sufferers and expectant mothers are advised against participating in this tour.
  • Services that are only partially used will not be refunded.
  • Heavy bags cannot be transported during this activity.

  • Depending on traffic and your location, the pick-up/drop-off time for Sharing transfers can be adjusted according to the journey plan by 30 to 60 minutes.
  • The Desert Safari Pickup window is from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

  • During the holy month of Ramadan, belly dance performances, alcoholic beverages, and entertainment events will not be available.
  • During the holy month of Ramadan, the desert camp will only be open for the Fire Show & Tanoura Dance.

Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

There won’t be any fees for any cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour’s departure.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of your tour, you’ll be responsible for paying 100% of the cost.
Your money will be returned to you within 7 working days if you are eligible for a refund.

Child Policy

Children are not permitted and will be regarded to be those between the ages of 0 and 16.
Over-16-year-olds will be treated as adults and charged adult rates.
