• Guests must be in Transit to access the property. Upon arrival, please do not pass through Immigration and Customs or exit the Terminal.Guests have no access to and cannot retrieve their checked in luggage while staying in the property.guests arriving to the Dubai International Airport from Dubai City, must be checked in to a flight to access the property.If guests are arriving to Terminal 2, we request that they do not exit the Terminal and pass through Passport Control (Immigration and Customs). Guests will have to go to the Transfer Desk and use the free inter-terminal shuttle bus to gain access to Concourses A, B or C.Property reception can be found at concourse A, B, and C.Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check-in.Children under 12 years of age stay free with an accompanied adult using existing bedding (we can accommodate a maximum of 2 Adults and 1 Child per room).An Extra bed or Extra adult is charged at AED 110 with maximum set up of 1 Extra bed per room.

  Baby Cots (for children 2 years old and below) are available without any extra charge but are subject to availability. As per a new international law, the property can no longer provide blankets, bumpers or pillows along with Baby Cots.

  Check Out time is based on the actual check in time. A Maximum 24 hours stay duration is applicable per one night reservation made.
