At Kidzania, your child can enjoy role-playing in many different places, from a police officer to a dentist to a restauranteur to over 100 role-plays. Kidzania has its own currency that your child uses to purchase goods and services, providing him with a better understanding of money, transaction, and dealing. Banks, ATMs, hospitals, supermarkets, theaters, pizzerias, and all the other things kids encounter in their daily lives are all available in the city. Moreover, all the activities are designed based on the height, mentality, and expectations of children. As parents, we want our kids to come in here naive, earn from different role plays, spend it, have lots of fun, and go home informed, educated, and more independent. Isn’t that what we all want?

Important Information

• The Dubai Mall Kidzania is located on the 2nd floor of the Dubai Mall, Downtown Dubai – Dubai.
• It is only possible for adults to enter if they are accompanying at least one child.
• Parents can relax in the parent’s lounge while their children participate in activities. 
• In Dubai city, shared transfers are only available from centrally located hotels and residences (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
• Sharing transfers can be modified according to the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Guests are not permitted to bring outside food and drinks into Kidzania Premises. Food and drinks can be purchased at any of the Kidzania Premises outlets. 
• Based on traffic conditions and your location, the pick-up/drop-off timing for Sharing transfers can be adjusted by 30-60 minutes according to the trip schedule.
• Opening Hours: Monday To Sunday – 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.  

Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

• We will not charge you for cancellations made 24 hours prior to the departure time of the tour. 
• If you cancel within 24 hours of your tour departure time, you will be charged 100% of the tour price.
• Your amount will be refunded to you within 7 working days if you are eligible for a refund.

Child Policy

• Infants under the age of one will be considered free of charge and will be allowed free entry.
• The Child rate applies to children between the ages of 1 and 16.
• Above the age of 16, children will be considered adults and charged adult rates.
