Located atop Address Sky View Hotel, Sky Views from Emaar is three adrenaline-fueled experiences rolled into one, including a Sky Slide, an Observatory and Sky Edge Walk. Sky View Dubai tickets include access to the Observatory (with the best views of Dubai) and the Sky Slide, which takes you from the 53rd level to the 52nd level through a completely transparent glass tube that guarantees the most stunning views of the area.

You will be able to see Dubai’s cityscape from the 52nd level of Address Sky View Hotel when you ride a glass elevator to the 52nd floor. You will have the most compelling views of Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown Dubai, and the Burj Khalifa as you walk around and then climb the spiral staircase to the 53rd level.

This twin hotel’s Observatory has two levels, each with a 25-meter glass walkway connecting its towers at a height of 219.5 meters. In addition to serving as a magnificent vantage point to take in the marvelous city sights, it is also an excellent place to take perfect Instagrammable pictures.

• It is mandatory to carry a passport or Emirates ID.
• The ticket price for the sky views observatory remains the same for children over the age of 3.
• Age criteria : The glass slide and edge walk are available to guests between the ages of 12 and 65
• The edge walk and glass slide are not accessible to kids under 12 years old. Children 12 to 18 years old must have their parent’s/guardian’s consent in person.
• Weight criteria : Glass slides and edge walks are available for guests weighing 30 to 150 kilograms.
• Height criteria : The glass slide and edge walk will be available to guests between 120 cm and 200 cm tall.
• Dress modestly and comfortably (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long scarves).
• If you have a disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical or mental tasks during the experience, please let the Sky Views staff know.
• If you have any pre-existing health conditions, including physical limitations or medical conditions including, but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if you are pregnant, please notify Sky Views staff.

Cancellation Policy

• If a tour or ticket is cancelled after booking, 100 % will be charged.

Child Policy

• The entry fee for children under 3 years old will be waived.
• A person who is between the ages of 3 and 65 will be considered an adult and charged the adult rate.
